I’m James C. Jones — a native of Southwest Florida, born and raised right here in paradise. I’ve earned multiple real estate designations and certifications, with more in the works. I’m passionate about continuing education because this industry never stops evolving — and neither do I.

Outside of real estate, I’m blessed to be married to Rita, originally from the Chicago area. Together, we’re proud pet parents to two adopted cat brothers and a 29-year-old Sulphur-crested cockatoo named Zeus — who I’ve raised since he was still in the egg. We’re passionate about animals, regularly donate to local charities, and believe in giving back to the community we love.

In my free time, you’ll find me baking, grilling, or diving into the latest updates in real estate law, marketing, and tech. I believe in staying sharp and being ready — because my clients deserve the best version of me.

The last few years haven’t been easy. We faced personal losses — including my 97-year-old mother and Rita’s grandmother — and weathered the devastation of Hurricane Ian. But through it all, we remain grateful, grounded, and focused on the future.
